Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hearthandfilament@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
